Therapy for men, youth, and young adults navigating anxiety, relationships, addictions, and life transitions.
Oftentimes we can feel stuck, and defined by the challenges we are facing. Adam approaches each client with value, respect, and hope that extends beyond the challenges they are facing. With value and respect at the base of Adam’s work, he draws from many therapeutic approaches to find what works best for each client. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, Adam will be there to walk alongside you with patience, compassion, and practical support.

Frequently Asked Questions
Starting therapy can bring up a lot of questions—here are a few common ones to help you get a sense of what to expect.
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk through what’s been going on. We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and begin to get a sense of how we might work together. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out.
I am a Psychotherapy Intern completing my Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am currently training under clinical supervision from a CRPO Registered Psychotherapist, which means my clinical work is reviewed and supported by an experienced supervisor to ensure safe and ethical care.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from several evidence-based models to best support each client’s unique needs and goals.
This includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which helps explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours; Motivational Interviewing (MI), which supports clients in building motivation and resolving ambivalence around change; Narrative Therapy, which focuses on understanding and reshaping the stories we hold about ourselves; and Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), which prioritizes empathy, collaboration, and creating a safe, non-judgmental space for growth.
Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I adapt these approaches based on what feels most helpful for each person and what they are hoping to work through in therapy.
